Sulay R. Ringwala has been with Baird since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience in guiding families through their financial journeys. With a deep-seated passion for investments and a commitment to helping others, Sulay excels as a financial planner who coaches clients through critical life transitions and ensures they make sound financial decisions.
Holding certifications as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Sulay is well-equipped to evaluate complex financial situations and craft personalized financial strategies. His expertise is further supported by his FINRA licenses 7 & 66.
In 2022, Sulay was promoted to partner at The Boosel Ringwala Group, where he collaborates closely with his partner to create bespoke investment portfolios tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Before joining Baird, Sulay earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. A proud Badger alumnus, he has served on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association. Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Sulay enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, playing tennis, and attending sporting events.
